Delivery Policy

aims to deliver your tools in the fastest time possible! Our logistic department will call or text you one day before delivery.

Shipping Day:  Monday - Friday

Shipping Time:  10:00 am to 5:00 pm

* There will be no delivery during Malaysia public holidays.

The orders are shipped between 1-5 working days.

Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances.

If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

We shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the customer but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery time, and we shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond our control.

No One To Accept The Delivery
When there is no one around to receive the item, our delivery man will call/text you.
You may request him to the below options:
1) Leave at the door (We will not be responsible for any mishap eg. missing, damage, etc to the item.)
2) Leave it with your neighbour (We will not be responsible for any mishap eg. missing, damage, etc to the item.)
3) Arrange for re-schedule at a fee of similar to the amount you have paid previously. (Delivery fee paid previously will not be refunded for this option)
4) Arrange an appointment for
 self pickup at the pickup location. (Delivery fee paid previously will not be refunded for this option)

If the recipient is not contactable and there is no one to receive the item, the arrangement will by default be Option 4 -Self Pick Up. Our customer service will call/text you to arrange for a Self Pick Up. Should the recipient remain contactable for 7 calendar days from the delivery date, the order will be forfeited and cancelled. Therefore, we will not refund you for any amount that you have spent on your order including the delivery fee.

International Shipping

We only provide shipping within Malaysia.

However, Buyer can arrange picking up of the package through an international forwarding company (IFC) e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.  The arrangement with the IFC will have to be initiated from the Buyer’s end and informed to us in advance.  Any payment to the IFC should also be paid by the Buyer directly to the IFC.

The buyer will have to bear the risk as we will not be providing any warranty, replacement or refund for any items or packages undelivered or damaged.  Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once your IFC collects the package.

During Promotion Period

During peak periods, there may be some delay in delivery. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.  We will try our best to delivery to our customers at the fastest speed possible.
